The Dance Collectif is a nonprofit organization based in New York that supports dancers while promoting sustainability through thoughtfully curated, preloved dancewear.

We focus on high-quality, well-maintained pieces from premium dancewear brands, ensuring that every item we accept meets our standards for condition, craftsmanship, and performance-readiness.

Dancers are invited to donate their preloved dancewear in exchange for Impact Points. Once reviewed, selected items are featured in our curated collection, while items that do not meet our criteria are responsibly recycled.

Beyond resale, we believe dancewear carries stories. Donors are encouraged to include a message with their items—whether it’s a performance moment, a word of encouragement, or a personal reflection. These notes are passed on to the next dancer, creating a meaningful connection that extends the life of each piece beyond the studio or stage.

Dancers can redeem their Impact Points for merchandise or discounts on items available through the site.

All proceeds are reinvested into our operations and other charitable causes. Our goal is to build a community where dancers uplift one another—sharing not just dancewear, but passion and purpose.
